Todd and Helen are standing next to each other. Helen excitedly speaks to a group of people off-screen, saying to them: “INCREDIBLE news, everyone! We have just managed to hire enough people for our all-new Hound Resources department!” As Helen tells them that, Todd is side-eyeing her. In the second panel, Todd leans closer to Helen and whispers something to her; and in the last panel, Helen anxiously asks him: “OH NO! None of them can speak English?!” Todd then replies: “They're the best we could get.”
